1. Delivery Locations

We only deliver to addresses within Switzerland. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM CET will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: CHF 12 - Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.

  • Express Shipping: CHF 19.90 - Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

4. Free Shipping

We do not offer free standard shipping on orders at the moment.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, postal service delays). We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.

7. Damaged Items

Le Champagner is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
